Always empty flower beds and cut down dead perennial plants.  Remember bare looks better than rot!

You should consider planting or placing pots with fall hardy mums.  Decorating with baskets of gourds, ornamental corn and pumpkins create an inviting and appealing front entrance.

Now would be a good time to wash exterior windows and get rid of the water spray from the sprinkler adjustment incident!

Clean out gutters and put away any gardening equipment.  Rake those leaves, you want to make yard look easy to care for.

As for the interior of the house, be cognizant of any nose sensitive odours created over the summer, such as mildew, pets and heavy cooking.  Ask a friend or neighbour to give honest feedback. And then make any necessary adjustments, such as carpet cleaning, wall washing and window treatment cleaning.

When you are ready to list, here is the process:

  2. I will show you my marketing plan for your home and will advise on any repairs and staging that will show off its best potential.
  3. We book photos and video, and sign paperwork to get your listing up.

The time between when photos are taken and listing go live is often less than 24 hours. I have a well-oiled machine behind me that will make you my priority.
